Refund policy

We offer hassle-free returns for all items sold on 56bits.com.au.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, please contact us within 60 days of placing your order to initiate the return process.

Upon receiving the item back in complete and original condition, we will provide a refund in full for the total purchase price.  If the returned item is missing accessories/parts, or the item is not in the same condition it was sold in, we may only provide a partial refund.
