Domestic Shipping
All items sold on 56bits.com.au include free shipping with no minimum spend!
The shipping service we use is based on the value and physical dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery address.
For lower-value, smaller items, this often means sending as an untracked letter.
These do sometimes take a couple of weeks to arrive, especially during peak periods. If the item is needed urgently, we recommend either selecting the "Express Post" option in checkout, picking up from the warehouse, or talking to support about alternative delivery options.
In-Store Pickup
You're more than welcome to come down and pick up from our Burwood East warehouse! Please contact support and we can organise a time that suits you. Please note that we are only open during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-4).
International Shipping
International customers are more than welcome at 56bits!
If you're located outside of Australia and want to purchase from us, please feel free to add any items you want to your cart and shop as you usually would.
However, when you go to check out, please make sure to enter only your email address in the "Contact" field (do not add an address or credit card number), then click "Pay Now". This generates a draft order on our backend.
Once you have done this, please send us an email at contact@56bits.com.au with your full address and phone number. We will then send you an invoice link that includes the international shipping cost.
We charge reasonable postage rates (typically $20-$30 AUD for small packages under 500g), and for large orders can offer discounts.
