All units come with all cords, 2x controllers and an HDMI converter.
Please note that the accessories are brand new aftermarket products. The console itself is original and manufactured by Sega.
Please note that there are two different models available for purchase.
Both the model 1 and model 2 consoles will play all Mega Drive games without issue.
The only difference is the aesthetics/design of the machine itself.
